Hi Doug,

A nice attempt to capture the beautiful Orchids. In my opinion, the focus and the sharpness could have been better. Also, do try out a different POV to bring out the best out of the photo.

Hi Doug,this orchid is truly beautiful,but the quality of the pic is poor,the dot of fire is on background,so the flowers are blurred,i hope to see better in your future post. Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

Hello Doug, and welcome to TN.
You have presented to us a very beautiful orchid, however the focus is pretty soft. Not knowing your cameras capabilities makes it difficult to pin point the cause. 1/60 of a second shutter speed if you are hand holding your camera, could be the reason. Im sure your next photo will be much sharper. TFS.
