An excellent macro capture of this lovely coloured annelid with wonderful details and sharpness. It is alsa a scientific cntribution I think since it is not easy to find such rare animals.
TFS and cheers,

Who would think a photo of a worm could be spectacular, but this one sure is.
What amazing colours and detail.
I think worms like this are often used as fishing bait in England.
An excellent capture Ania.

A rare but beautiful sight Ania, a polychaete worm in its prime displaying its fine pattern and colouration from a dorsal viewpoint. Your specialist friend probably told you where that "fireworm" name comes, but if you had handled this beauty a little in your bare hands, you knew that already!

This is, indeed, a fascinating picture of this quaint but real worm, Ania.
Its bright and rich colours too leave me astonished at their appeal.
You have taken this picture with great dexterity.
Well done and thanks for enriching us and TN with this new specimen.

A very sharp picture of this beautiful fireworm. Very good reproduction of the textures and splendid colours. Thanks for sharing. Thanks to you I had a look on wikipedia and some of the polychaete worms are very extraordinary.
