Hi Srikumar,i'm happy to help you this time,this is a "Cacyreus marshalli" , very common in my country during the last years after the migration from South Africa. It's very dangerous for the geranium flowers and plants. The quality of pic is good but not the best,not lucky with the light this time,better your birds(smile). Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

A nice picture of this butterfly in beautiful colors. Like Luciano said, the light was not in your advantage and I miss a piece of the head. But sharpness and details are amazing. Splendid background.

A beautiful butterfly that you now know the name of, thanks to Luciano. A fine looking specimen which you have photographed in wonderful detail and natural colors. I like your vertical composition and the exposure is just right.
